What to do if you need to cancel your circle.

It is very simple to cancel a circle on the website. The most important piece to know is that if you have any registrants for your circle that you are cancelling, they will need to be notified by you and they will be provided with a ticket refund by Sistership Circle.

To cancel a circle, log into the website and navigate to My Account -> My Memberships -> My Circles. Select "Cancel" next to the circle event you wish to cancel.

You will see the status of your circle changed to "Cancelled" once this is completed. If you refresh the page, you will no longer see the cancelled event in your list of "My Circles."

Be sure to notify your participants that the circle has been cancelled. You are welcome to invite them to a future circle of yours, but they will need to register again. There is no way to transfer someone's ticket from one event to another.

Finally, if you accidentally cancel a circle, there is not way to bring it back and you will need to create it again. If you've had registrants for a circle that has been cancelled accidentally, please email support@sistershipcircle.com and admin@sistershipcircle.com to let our team know.
