Posting your first circle is an exciting and sometimes daunting task. We simplify the process in this article so you can be up and running with ease!
First, navigate to the Facilitator Tribe section of your account, or use the short link here.
You'll see a list of the library of monthly circle outlines and Activations, with the most recently posted themes on top.
Click "My Circles" on the left hand column.
Click the "Add New Circle" button in the top right corner of the page. On this page you will also see a list of your past circles.
Fill in the information about your circle. Level 1 Facilitators and participants in How to Lead Circle should select "The Gathering" under What type of circle are you leading? Level 2 and 3 Facilitators may lead circle programs "The Awakening" or "The Experience."
Ensure the start and end date are the same unless leading a circle program (The Awakening or The Experience). Select desired time and relevant timezone, how much you'll change, and the maximum number of circle attendees.
Make sure to select whether your event will be virtual (i.e. Zoom) or in person, and fill out location details for your in person circle venue. You may also choose Venue TBD if you have not yet made arrangements for a venue.
When all your details have been entered, hit "Submit" and your event will move into "Pending" status. Events are then reviewed and typically published within 24 hours. You will be notified via email when your event has been published.
Important note: You can make edits to your event after it's been published, including the date and time (see article on Editing Your Circle.)
