I never received my Free Startup Kit order - now what?

We are committed to making sure that every order placed is shipped out in a timely fashion. Domestic shipping (within the United States) should take no more than 2 weeks, while international shipping can take up to 4 weeks.

If your order has not arrived within this time frame, we consider it lost. Please contact our support team by email at support@sistershipcircle.com to request a replacement. We will ask you to verify your shipping address so we can ensure the order is being sent to the right place. We will also verify tracking information and shipment date of your order in case of any transit errors.

If for any reason we are not able to send a replacement, you will be granted a refund of shipping and handling costs for the Free Startup Kit, plus any cost of a paid item in your order.
